Villa by the sea on a plot directly adjacent to the promenade along the coast. A solid mass closed to the surrounding overgrown or built-up plots and fully open only towards the endless view. A simple colour scheme, a simple mass.

A house that confidently communicates with the sea.

A clearly defined building program and a plot with an obvious orientation. Living room, several bedrooms and master bathroom, covered terrace, connection to the garden. Where it is not needed, the house is completely closed to open fully towards the unique view. 

Simple material combination. White and local stone. Space to relax in the sun or in the shade of the deep terrace. This is one of the options I designed for ATX Architects and the client.
